I am extremely disappointed with TCL’s customer service. We purchased a TV that arrived damaged, and the experience of getting it repaired has been frustrating from start to finish. It has taken over four months to resolve the issue, which is completely unacceptable for a new product. The customer service team was very poor, and the person assisting us was rude, unhelpful, and highly unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue efficiently, we felt ignored and treated with little respect. Communication was poor throughout the process, and we constantly had to chase for updates. A customer should not have to wait this long for a damaged TV to be repaired or replaced. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better from TCL. The combination of poor customer service, unprofessional behaviour, and the excessive delay in fixing the problem has left us extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend TCL based on our experience.
