Placed an order via their website on 4/11/26 and was charged and received an email confirmation of my order immediately. Several weeks went by without any status change on my order. I attempted to contact them by calling the phone number on their website, but it is disconnected. I also sent an email to the listed email address on the website, but never received a response. I then used the text option on the website and got the automated reply statement that someone would respond within 24hrs. Five days later I responded back to the automated text message requesting an update on my order and finally got a reply back. The merchant said that they got overwhelmed by orders and also had some manufacturing delays, but would ship my order the following Monday. I waited another full week and still never received a shipping notice. I then texted back asking for a full refund and never got a reply. Two days later I had to report the transaction as fraud with my bank.
