I purchased prepaid electricity through their website, payment went through successfully via Payfast, and I got confirmation from my bank that the money was gone. Then nothing. No token, no electricity, no explanation .I contacted support, and all I got were generic responses saying "feedback has not been received yet" . I followed up multiple times. Same story. My payment had cleared, the funds belonged to me, but Prepaid24 just sat on it.
