These guys also charged me for a billing cycle and then cancelled my membership because they claimed I overused the site… I looked up information to help a friend with a custody case and also my own family records… possibly some random lookups inbetween. Nothing that should’ve warranted my account being cancelled, my money not being returned after being a paying customer for over 1 year and then the operator telling me this and hanging up on me was an effective way to not reimburse me. Not to mention the information from the site was often incorrect or outdated and I found more accurate information from free resources such as truepeoplesearch… I only kept it because it was inexpensive so frankly, it’s their loss not mine.
