Nando’s is still the king of the high street! We visited the Vauxhall location and had the most amazing service from a staff member named Patricia she was so attentive and made sure our bottomless frozen yogurt was working. The food was 10/10; the chicken was charred perfectly and the spicy rice was as addictive as always
I'm a big Nando's fan and have had it plenty of times in South Africa before moving here. The UK version is still really good the grill technique is spot on, chicken is always juicy, and the peri peri hits the spot. But there's something slightly different that I can't quite put my finger on. It tastes great, just not quite the same as back home. The chicken itself is consistently well-grilled. Charred in the right places, tender inside. The sauces are the same familiar flavors. I'm a medium guy myself. The restaurants have that same casual vibe. When it's good, it's really good.
