I have never felt so disrespected as a customer in my entire life, and I am still dealing with the financial fallout of buying what I thought was a premium vehicle from a premium brand. I purchased a certified pre-owned GLE from an authorized Mercedes Benz dealership in Ontario. Within three months, the transmission started slipping. I brought it in under warranty, and they kept the car for two weeks, claiming they were "waiting on parts." When I got it back, the problem wasn't fixed.
