I needed to license some press coverage for a marketing campaign and thought Media Licensing Co. would be the perfect partner they claim to be the UK's leading independent media licensing agency and work with major publishers like The Times and The Telegraph . On paper, they looked professional and experienced .The frustration started almost immediately. I contacted them about getting reprints of a feature we were mentioned in. They promise a "fast turnaround" and "exceptional level of customer service" . What I got was delays, vague responses, and zero communication unless I chased.
