When I need to pop into a branch, the staff are usually pretty good. Friendly, know what they're doing. Had a mortgage thing to sort out a while back and the person helping me was patient and explained everything without making me feel dumb. I appreciate that. Also, they haven't messed up my accounts or lost money or anything dramatic. So there's that.
