Avoid this bank if you value your time or your money. Their fully automated systems are a nightmare; I had a legitimate debit card purchase fail to arrive, and the bank essentially told me it wasn't their problem and refused to help with a chargeback. To make matters worse, they have been sneaking in $50 "non-use fees" on lines of credit I never even touched. Customer service is virtually unreachable I spent nearly an hour on hold only to be yelled at by a rude representative. They are quick to take your money but will ghost you the second you need actual support

I've found their customer service to be consistently solid. The 24/7 customer service line usually picks up within a few minutes, and I've had good luck with the online chat feature for quick questions. Their app has improved noticeably in the past year they added instant card locking, mobile check deposit that actually works, and a decent budgeting tool that aggregates my spending. The only reason this isn't five stars is that their credit card offerings are pretty mediocre, so I still use a different issuer for rewards. But for checking, savings, and the mortgage and general experience I'm genuinely happy.
