so honestly i was pretty skeptical at first, as i was always very strictly told not to work with any online publishers but i just had to take my chances as i wasnt really interested in sharing my royalties. Graystone were very affirmative with them not taking a single penny out of my royalties which i later undertood how it works... one thing which could be better and a thing that almost made me give them 4 stars was that at often times i felt like we are lacking communication ... there would be few days when i would never hear back from them but then yeah few days later they would text or call me sharing stuff that they have worked on which used to chill me out.. I understand that the days they arent reaching out to me are just the days they are working. However, a few updates letting me know would have been better.. Besides that it was a great experience working with them and the work they do is definitaly worthy of appreciation.
