I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Citibank. I recently had a major issue with a series of unrecognized charges on my credit card, and getting a straight answer from their support team has been impossible. I’ve spent hours on hold, been transferred repeatedly.

I spent hours on the phone being bounced between the fraud department and customer service, each one telling me the other department had to fix it. I submitted supporting documents three times through their secure portal, only to have no one acknowledge receipt. After a month of fighting, they finally reversed the charges but not before late fees had accrued on my account and my credit score took a temporary hit. The lack of coordination between departments and the way they initially sided with fraudsters over their own customer is completely unacceptable.

I've been with Citibank for a few years now, and I honestly have very little to complain about. They've been solid from day one. The mobile app is probably my favourite part of the whole experience. It's sleek, intuitive, and rarely glitches.
