The delivery took much longer than I expected. Their website promised 3-5 working days. It took nearly two weeks. I tried tracking my order online, but the tracking number they sent never seemed to update properly. Just showed the same status for days on end. I called customer service twice to find out what was happening. The first time, the agent was polite but couldn't give me any real information just said she'd escalate and someone would contact me. No one did. The second time, I waited on hold for about 15 minutes before getting through, and the agent gave me a different story about stock delays. Honestly, I wasn't sure who to believe.
