I used Care Indeed for a few weeks of post-operative care after a surgery in the Bay Area. On the positive side, they were able to get someone to my house within 24 hours of my discharge, which was a huge relief. The nurse was professional and helped with my medication management and mobility. However, the 4 hour minimum" twice a week is quite rigid and expensive if you only need a quick check-in. It’s a solid, functional service if you have the budget for it, but it feels more like a corporate medical staffing agency than a personal home care provider.
