I walked in looking for some specific Belgian imports, and honestly, the state of the bottles was disappointing. Several of the expensive bombers were covered in a thick layer of dust, and when I checked the "best by" dates on some local IPAs, they were nearly four months past their prime. It’s like they have so much inventory that they can't possibly rotate it all properly. I pointed it out to a staff member who just shrugged and walked away. I’ll stick to the smaller shops where I know the stock is actually fresh.
