The guides did a good job showing us around and answering questions, and most of the logistics were handled smoothly. That said, there were times when communication could have been clearer about itinerary details and timings. The trip itself was enjoyable and memorable, especially the wildlife sightings, but a little more upfront guidance on what to expect would have made the experience even better.
