I am completely disgusted by the administrative incompetence and debit order chaos I've experienced with this insurer. After submitting a formal cancellation request for my policy months ago, Assupol’s billing department has continued to illegally deduct payments directly from my bank account every single month. When I called client services to demand a stop and a refund, I was bounced between multiple agents who each promised a callback that never happened, and emails sent to their complaints desk went completely unanswered for weeks. It feels like an intentional trap designed to make leaving their ecosystem nearly impossible. Do yourself a massive favor and steer clear of their policies.
