I CAN tell it was designed by someone who actually does nails for a living. The flat top is a genius touch I can use it as a platform for my polish bottles while I work. The wide interior also means my clients aren't constantly bumping their wet nails on the sides. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the customer service can be a bit hit or miss with response times, but the durability and professional results of the Gel-X system are hard to beat.
