Kanga Gardening is grounds maintenance with one name behind it. Tim Le Grand has kept it owner-operated since starting out in Edithvale in 2020, and he still turns up to every visit, which is why the business sticks to regular, recurring work and turns down one-off jobs. Clients include strata and body corporate committees, commercial property managers, industrial site operators, acreage owners and people with holiday homes, with sites dotted through Melbourne's south-east and down onto the Mornington Peninsula. A standard service takes in mowing, whether ride-on or walk-behind, edging, hedge and shrub trimming, keeping garden beds in order, and clearing every clipping away. New sites are walked first and priced in writing. A police check is held, and the liability policy, public and products alike, sits at $20 million.
