I get annoying calls from debt collectors. is not my fault that they left the unused bank account open while i told them i dont need it anymore they my close it. the time i communicated we were square and the account was not owing. is not a lot of money but i will not pay it. Yall are pathetic bunch.

My relationship with FNB has been mixed. On one hand, their banking app is convenient when it works, and I like the variety of account options. On the other hand, customer support can be slow, and resolving issues often takes more effort than it should. It’s not a terrible bank, but it’s not outstanding either just average.

I lost my Private wealth personal card . the replacement was as quick as they advertised. there in deed are benefit of skipping the Q in many things.

I wasn’t impressed with the Personal Private Wealth Card from FNB. While it’s marketed as a premium card, I didn’t feel like the benefits justified the costs or requirements tied to it. Some of the perks seemed limited or hard to use unless you’re spending at a very high level, and I didn’t notice much difference compared with other cards I’ve had. Customer support was polite but didn’t have clear answers about certain fees and features when I asked.
